Fairbanks Ave. Road Improvements

The City of Winter Park is going to start sewer/water improvements on sections of Fairbanks Ave in the summer of 2011. As you can guess, we are not thrilled with this news as we all know how these things go! We are trying to act proactively, so we would like to share our thoughts as to how to navigate during this time period. We have been told that the construction will be at night and that they are doing one block at a time, so we are hoping that it will not lead to much disruption during the day. We are suggesting that you start using our back parking lot located on Kentucky Ave. It can be accessed from Clay and Formosa streets and from the south via the Par exit or from the north or south via the Fairbanks exit. A lot of customers already use our back parking lot because it prevents those squealing entrances and exits from our front parking area on Fairbanks! Give it a try!
