Each dinner bar is individually wrapped, weighs 1 lb and is scored at the 1/4 pound marks. They stack very easily anywhere in your freezer! Defrost as you would any raw food but be aware that due to the large amount of surface area, this product defrosts very quickly no matter how you do it.
