For the treatment and control of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense and Uncinaria stenocephala) and the two most common forms of tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum and Taenia pisiformis) in dogs.
WormX Plus chewable tablets are used for the treatment and control of roundworms (T. canis and T. leonine); hookworms (A. caninum, A. braziliense, U. stenocephala); and tapeworms (D. caninum, T. psisformis) in dogs and puppies 12 weeks of age and older and weighing 6 lbs or more.

Each Flavored Chewable contains 30 mg Pyrantel pamoate and 30mg praziquantel.
Directions:
The usual dose of WormX Plus for Small Dogs and Puppies weighing 6.0-12.0 lbs is 1 tablet. For dogs and puppies weighing 12.1-25 lbs give 2 tablets. Give tablets as a single dose. For dogs weighing more than 25 lbs use the 114mg size.
